Cricket NSW receive hundreds of donation requests from many worthy community groups, sporting clubs, charities and schools for memorabilia, autographs, merchandise, player appearances and other items for purposes of fundraising each season.

While Cricket NSW endeavours to support where we can, unfortunately we are unable to fulfil every worthwhile request due to the overwhelming volume of requests received.

It is policy of Cricket NSW to provide priority to NSW based cricket clubs for fundraising purposes, NSW based registered charities raising money for sick or disabled children and to NSW based schools for fundraising purposes.

Procedure for requests:

- All donation requests must be made in writing on the relevant organisation letterhead at least 6 weeks prior to the event. Please note that requests cannot be fulfilled through the website via email.

- If the request is being made on behalf of a charity or community organisation with their support, a reference or sanction letter from that organisation must accompany that request.

- The following information must be included if fundraising through an event: the recipient of the donation, the date and venue of the event and how you intend to use the proceeds raised.

Please note Cricket NSW does not offer cash donations or sponsorship, does not receive personal requests for birthday’s, weddings and/or anniversaries and does not accept merchandise for the purpose of autographing.
